Pack Animal Magazine with Alexa Metrick
Alexa Metrick is the editor of Pack Animal Magazine, a quarterly full-color print publication for those who enjoy exploring the great outdoors with the help of pack animals. She grew up packing with llamas in Carbondale, Colorado and is the webmaster for the family business, a line of pack equipment called Sopris Unlimited. Alexa was a co-organizer of the 2011 Pack Llama Festival in Silverton, Colorado and is a member of the Leadville Trail 100's Hopeless Crew at Hope Pass.Visit the Pack Animal booth to learn how you can outsource your backpack to a pack animal that will help you hike further, stay longer, and forgo counting ounces. There is a perfect pack animal for every backcountry trip; let us help you find it. Laramie County Conservation District
Laramie County Conservation District provides Laramie County citizens with the necessary information and technical assistance to support sustainable production from soil and water resources, protect the county’s tax base, control flooding, improve air and water quality, increase wildlife habitat, and protect and promote the health, welfare and safety of Laramie County residents. 4‑H is delivered by Cooperative Extension—a community of more than 100 public universities across the nation that provides experiences where young people learn by doing.
